A new operation control center will be built in the Metro Building of Barkhambha Road, from which will be remote control. This step will introduce a new chapter of DRMC.

In fact, DMRC spokesman Anuj Dayal said that for the preparation of this Metro without any driver, many movements have been kept in place. It will bring things like platform screen doors and passenger alarm buttons into the metro. Thereby reducing the fear of falling on the passenger's metro track and being trapped between the doors. Not only this, he also said that at the time of any difficulty, the passengers will be photographed immediately after pressing the OCC alarm button and the police can reach the control center immediately after which the traveler can be assisted at the earliest.
