Modi government's claim, there was no death during the note-offs?

New Delhi: The Modi government said that after declaration of the ban, there was no official information about the death of someone while changing old notes and extracting money from banks and ATMs.

According to news network Masah News 18, Union Minister of State for Finance Arjun Ram Meghwal gave this information in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha.

The question was asked in the question, how many people have died during change of old notes and withdrawing money? Mr. Meghwal said in his reply that no such official report was found.

It is noteworthy that after one month of the note-off, the opposition had held a protest in front of Gandhi statue in front of Gandhi statue in protest against the ban on celebrating black day. The opposition claimed that more than 100 people have died in the country due to the ban on bondage.
