Preparations for Modi's siege in 2019, 'Mission 2019' of opposition

New Delhi: After BJP's massive victory in the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand assembly elections, Opposition parties have already begun preparations for the mission 2019 to stop the victory chariot of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. For the mission 2019, the Congress is trying to create a grand plan by bringing all opposition parties together. The Congress says that all the regional parties will have to come together after sacrificing private interests.

Will be formed in UP?

A plan is being prepared to form a coalition with the Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and Congress in Uttar Pradesh. Congress leaders say that for the year 2019 the Congress has already started preparations. The Congress believes that the party has to coordinate with all regional parties. So that Modi could be stopped in 2019.

Congress can not defeat Modi alone

According to media reports, senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar believes that Congress can not defeat Modi alone on its own. Therefore, the party will have to co-ordinate with regional parties. At the national level, there will be a great coalition. Apart from this, all parties have to come together separately to keep their interests separate.

Change in Congress

After losing consecutive elections, the demand for change in Congress has begun. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi himself is also talking about the change. Iyer believes that Rahul Gandhi has his place in the party, but there is a need to make big changes in the organization. Along with the post of Secretary-General, the experienced leaders in the organization will have to give place. Apart from this regional leaders will have to strengthen.
